With the help of Filaction, the Ministère has established a business start-up fund known as Fonds Afro-entrepreneurs, intended specifically for Quebecers from Black communities.

Likewise, entrepreneurs seeking general information on current services supporting entrepreneurship offered to the general population, and in particular financing, may turn to the local development centre (LDC) in their region.
